I started Glam Atelier about seven years ago. I wasn’t new to makeup, but everything else was foreign to me: business, marketing, sales, operations, finances, tax strategy, HR, CRMs, P&Ls… it was all a language I didn’t speak. I had to learn it all (and continue to 😅) one mistake, and one win at a time.

In 2018 it was just me, but the business quickly became something I could no longer keep up with alone. This is where these wonderful people come into play. 🥹

Today, as Founder & Creative Director, my role is to lead the vision, set the standard, and ensure every detail reflects the Glam Atelier experience. (Yes, I also accept very limited Brides of my own!)

Glam Atelier isn’t “Klaudia Donovan.”
It’s a team of 14 dedicated Elite Hair and Makeup Artists who are trained on our signature techniques and create the stunning glam you see here.
It’s my amazing Director of Operations and administrative team making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
It’s our Client Concierge team caring for our lovely clients every step of the way.
Our CFO guiding us with clarity and purpose.

We’re a community, an ecosystem - not a single name. And when you’re with us, you can rest easy knowing you’re surrounded by a team fully invested in your experience, not just your appointment. 🤍

It’s easy to look at the “then vs now” and see the growth in artistry… but just like my skill, the behind-the-scenes was evolving too.

When I first started, I definitely wasn’t prepping your skin with La Mer or priming with Dior. I also wasn’t educating other artists, teaching advanced techniques, or collaborating with top vendors the way I do now. All these roles have sharpened my eye for detail and elevated the level of artistry I bring to my brides.

What began as a one-woman show grew into the full Glam Atelier ecosystem: a Director of Operations, concierge-style admin support, timeline experts, and a reliable team dedicated to making every part of your wedding morning seamless.

This isn’t “just because it’s a wedding.”
It’s because the experience, the quality, the products, the education, and the demand grew with the reputation we’ve worked so hard to build. ✨🤍

When I first started, I definitely wasn’t prepping your skin with La Mer or priming with Dior. I also wasn’t educating other artists, teaching advanced techniques, or collaborating with top vendors the way I do now. All these roles have sharpened my eye for detail and elevated the level of artistry I bring to my brides.

What began as a one-woman show grew into the full Glam Atelier ecosystem: a Director of Operations, concierge-style admin support, timeline experts, and a reliable team dedicated to making every part of your wedding morning seamless.

This isn’t “just because it’s a wedding.”
